You may remember the sinking feeling you had when a doctor or another health professional said to you or someone you loved, “There’s nothing more we can do. You’ll just have to learn to live with it.”

While such a prognosis – and the attitude underlying it – can leave you feeling hopeless, powerless, resigned and isolated, it’s often untrue. Not every health condition can be cured, not every chronic pain eased, not every life saved. But there frequently is much more that can be done. You may simply have to look elsewhere for answers.

  • Gain a sense of your own power to take charge of your health and well-being
  • Develop and strengthen your creativity and curiosity so you can effectively identify ways to thrive
  • Create, with my guidance and support, your own 50 Ways to Thrive – a personalized reference of what you can do on an emotional, physical, social and spiritual level to live fully
  • Become a “health detective,” able to find resources and approaches that work best for you
  • Celebrate your progress as you learn more and more how to thrive and live fully

As your coach, I guide, support, and cheer you on. The solutions found are your own. What you come away with depends on how active a role you are willing to take in finding your own 50 Ways to Thrive. You may benefit from a single 50 Ways to Thrive session, or prefer weekly or monthly sessions, depending on your need for ongoing support and guidance.
